UCD Fashion Show 2008

Since 1985, students on the UCD campus have been putting their business acumen, good looks and talent behind the annual fashion show which has now become a signatory event in the UCD alumni calendar.

The 2008 fashion show was in aid of the Down Syndrome Centre. The proceeds from the ticket sales went to fund the charity's core fundraising mission as well as the establishment of a Down Syndrome Centre Liaison Nursing Service. We were glad to help out by creating an event website where the organisers could blog and post messages and images to raise the profile of the event.

The 2008 UCD Fashion Show was a great success, and we're happy to be able to say that since then (and after more than a few hurdles) the Down Syndrome Centre have at last got their much needed Liaison Nursing Service.
