Residential Lettings
Ely Property residential lettings services include:
- Advertising and viewing
- Screening of potential tenants
- Inventory & snag list of property
- Transfer of utilities
- Drawing up of letting agreement
- Setting up of standing order for rental payments
Tenants are required to pay a security deposit and one months rent in advance before they
move in to your property. Ely Property will keep in contact with the Tenants and the Landlord for the first three weeks to help both parties through the
initial settling-in period. We will also get involved from time to time if required by the landlord.
Lease Renewal
Ely Property will take all the hasles out of lease renewal.We will:
- Negotiating a new contract (if required) and a review of the rent.
- Checking the state of repair of the property and a list of any requirements.
- Checking of the inventory
- Making sure all relevant bill/facilities are paid up to date. Meter readings taken to give closing account payments due.
- Signing of the renewed lease
