Creative Director
Jonathan is a DCU business graduate and technology entrepreneur, with over twelve years experience in interactive design & development for the web. He comes from a multi-disciplinary background having worked with a huge variety technologies and platforms. These days his core role is as our UX director.
Jonathan would see himself as a design facilitator. A large part is his role is communication. Whether it’s running stakeholder workshops, defining vision and iterating through ideas; or sketching out solutions on paper, wireframing or hand-coding up HTML prototypes.
Jonathan also is responsible for our in-house CSS framework and is generally an expert in all things CSS and HTML.
Creative Director
Mark has over twelve years experience in web development, as well as years of design and branding expertise. He has a proven track record for well-defined understanding of the business-technology interface and capacity to identify and align clients’ emerging technology needs with products and services.
Mark has a very diverse background in software development, having learnt what he likes the hard way! He’s developed on everything from financial and banking web systems, to multi-media platforms, to mobile applications.
He has written many different languages at one time or another; and has years of experience in process management, software release management and service delivery.
These days Mark is most excited about UX, the huge energy and drive in the python and javascript communities, and the mobile sphere. The rich diversity of components and applications available makes it an exciting time to be developing for the mobile and web.
Technical Director
Thomas is a co-founder of Cubedroute and Director of Technology. Thomas has over twelve years experience in IT. He has a strong background in server-side technologies and security. As well as years of web software development expertise.
Prior to joining Cubedroute he worked developing n-tier software systems.
Within software development he has accumulated a multi-disciplinary programming repertoire. His systems support experience ranges from single-server to clustered-server solutions, including large scale business-to-business projects.
